To ensure accurate and timely billing and reporting information Aquila Travel utilizes the SABRE reservations systems both in office and in our Internet booking services. The TRAMS accounting system supports our SABRE system, which allows for us to book all travel needs and bill either to a specific corporate travel card, or directly to a separate account.

The combination of the SABRE and TRAMS systems, allow Aquila Travel to provide real-time reporting of accounting and management data. All accounts receivable will be billed every 15 days. Each billing method will provide an automated and accurate billing statement, and reports.

Aquila Travel's accounting manager oversees all accounting records and documents showing and supporting all allowable charges, revenues, and other applicable credits and will document them for you in our monthly report.
