We are monitoring all reservations, for any that may be affected by airline changes or Government Warnings, and will advise those travelers. While traveling, please check your itinerary for our 24-hour toll free number that can handle all changes and questions regarding your travel plans. If you are traveling on an International itinerary, Aquila will be putting your International contact 24-hour number on your itinerary. If you do not see this number on your itinerary, please call us prior to departure so that we can provide this to you.

During this time, it is important to provide us with all your contact numbers, including home phone and cell phone. It is also important that we have your destination information in our records, such as hotel and car rental information. This will allow us to contact you with any travel plan changes.
